Detailed Description:
Pharylex® is indicated for the symptomatic treatement of throat infection and pain.
Composition: each ml contains glycerol, honey, dried seeds extract of vitis vinifera, dried fruit extract of Sambucus Nigra and water.

Pharmacological action:
Pharylex® is an osmotically active viscous hypertonic solution. When applied on the throat surface, Pharylex® forms a film over the throat mucosa and mechanically attracts hypotonic fluid from the throat mucus membrane. This strong outward flow of liquid detaches and drains all the contaminants present on the surface of the throat and prepares a favorable ground for healing and recovery.
Indications:
Pharylex® for adults assists with the pain relief and the healing of a sore throat.
Contra-indications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Usage instructions:
Directions: for oral use only.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Pharylex®-adults can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage and directions for use:
Shake the spray container gently, remove the cap and direct the container opening towards the throat. Press the spray by applying finger pressure to release the product onto the throat. Continue to spray so as to form a thin product layer over the throat. We recommend that you spray Pharylex® over the throat surface every 20-30 minutes at the beginning of the treatment during the first 2-3 hours and 3-4 times per day thereafter until complete recovery. Should the condition not improve within 3 days please consult your practitioner.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, at or below 25 degrees C, away from direct sunlight. Store in unit carton until required for use.

Wash hands before use.
Side effects and special precautions:
Pharylex® for adults has no known side effects and is not dangerous if swallowed. Do not use Pharylex® if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients used to prepare this product.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the product if the spray is damaged, after the expiry date or more than 30 days after first use.
