Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use: take one tablet daily dissolved in a full glass of water at the first onset of cold or flu symptoms. Do not continue use for longer than 10 consecutive days without consulting your health care practitioner.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

How to use Plusssz™ cold and flu:
Take one (1) tablet daily. Dissolve in a full glass of water at the first onset of cold or flu symptoms. Do not continue use for longer than ten (10) consecutive days without consulting your healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Doses in excess of the prescribed amount may lead to hypervitaminosis.
Always use Plusssz™ cold and flu exactly as stipulated in the instructions or as directed by your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist. You should consult your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist if you are unsure.
If you use more Plusssz™ cold and flu than you should:
There are no known symptoms of overdosage. If suspected overdose occurs, please consult your healthcare practitioner immediately. Treatment should be symptomatic and supportive.

Store in an airtight container below 25 degrees C in a dry and dark place.
Storing and disposing of Plusssz™ cold and flu:

If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (niacin), Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, folic acid, biotin, selenium, geranium (pelargonium sidoides root), elder (sambucus nigra), rutin (quercetin-3-rutinoside) or any of the other ingredients of Plusssz™ cold and flu.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding:
