Usage instructions:
Instructions: 1. Slip your shoulders through the top straps (as if putting on a jacket). Ensure that the magnets are in contact with your skin. 2. Pull the adjustable strap across your waist and secure it with the attached velcro strip. 3. Alter the positioning of the posture support as needed. You will experience a slight pull of the shoulders. This is due to spinal correction. 4. Women: wear over undergarments, under clothes.

A good product that still gives you the flexibility to move. The bands do pull up sometimes but easy to use and helpful.
