Usage instructions:
Indications & Directions For Use: Colds & Flu: Adults: Swallow 10m1-20m1, 2-3 times a day. Children 6-12 years: Swallow 5 ml, 2-3 times a day. Toddlers 3-5 years: Swallow 2.5m1, 2-3 times a day. Babies up to 3 years: Administer 1 ml as above with paediatric medicator once per day. Continue for 3 days after all symptoms have disappeared. Sore throat, oral thrush, oral ulcers, aphthous ulcers, lesions, & painful gums & dentition: Adults: Gargle and swish 10 ml between the teeth for 2 minutes 4-8 times a day. Spit out into a basin. Children 6-12 years: 5 ml, as above, 3-4 times a day. Infants, Toddlers and Children up to 6 years: Please use the Silverlab Healing Spray or Silverlab Healing Gel for the young ones. Inflammation & Immune support: Adults: Swish in mouth and then Swallow 10ml daily. Children 6-12 years: 5 ml as above. Toddlers 3-5 years: 2.5ml as above. Babies up to 3 years: While the baby is in an upright position, give 1 ml using a paediatric medicator (or a clean syringe, without a needle,) and let the baby suck the medicine, once a day when required. Please note that only short-term use is recommended in the case of children, toddlers, and infants. Gastric upsets including diarrhoea, vomiting, gastritis & mild food poisoning, & urinary tract infections: Adults: Swallow 100 ml. Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes. Then swallow 50ml-100ml 3 times a day until condition clears. Rehydrate well between doses. Children 6-12 years: Swallow 15ml-25ml initially as described above and then take 15 ml-25 ml, 3 times a day until condition clears. Rehydrate between doses. Toddlers 3-5 years: Swallow 10ml-15ml initially as described above and then take 5 ml-7.5 ml 2-3 times a day until condition clears. Rehydrate between doses. Babies up to 2 years: Give 5m1 through a baby bottle or paediatric medicator, 2-3 times a day until condition clears. Please note that gastric upsets & vomiting can be dangerous, especially in babies and young children. Consult your healthcare professional if there is no improvement within 24 hours. Drink adequate amounts of water with electrolytes to help flush out toxins and rehydrate. Supplement with a suitable probiotic. Respiratory Ailments: Adults: Days 1 & 2: Nebulise with 5ml every hour until symptoms subside significantly or resolve, (generally within 2-12 doses). Symptoms may include cough, shortness of breath or tight chest, which may be accompanied with a headache or generalised weakness. Day 3 onwards: Nebulise with 5ml, 2 to 3 times a day until there is complete resolution of symptoms (up to 14 days). Children: Nebulising should be done under the prescription or supervision of a doctor. Children over 12: 5 ml, as per Adults above or as prescribed. Children above 5 years: Nebulise with 2.5 ml as per Adults above, or as prescribed. Please breathe normally with slow deep breaths while nebulising to avoid possible dizziness or light-headedness due to hyperventilation. Best results are obtained when nebulising while in an upright position. Alternate between inhaling through the nose and then inhaling through the mouth if possible.
