Works well
I take a probiotic but on some days I still experienced constipation and on those days I now take Soflax and it works within no time! I will stick to taking one a day, last time I took two daily it worked way tooo well. Lol.

One a day to keep the constipation away. This is very good for constipation, winds and especially for the big days coming it would be best to keep this close by.
