Usage instructions:
Start by cleansing skin with our Sleep Relaxing Hair & Body Wash.
Rinse and towel dry.
Scoop out a dollop of moisturiser.
Slather over skin sparingly or generously.
Give extra dry nooks and crannies like feet, hands and elbows some extra TLC.
Give it a few moments to sink in before getting dressed for bed.
Follow with our Sleep Calming Pillow Mist and Sleep Essential Oil Blend before slipping between the sheets and getting some ZZZs.
