Close thoroughly after use, and aim to finish container within 1 month of opening for the first time. This product is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling of powder may Occur, which may affect density of powder This product contains the servings indicated when measured exactly by weight. 1 scoop=serving: As a nutritional supplement, mix +1 rounded Scoop (5g) into a glass of water (room temperature) or beverage of choice. Stir well and consume immediately. Consume twice daily, at any time. Helpful tip: 100% pure collagen will clump in cold water. To enjoy cold, simply mix into room temperature water first and then add ice. Can also be blended into your favourite smoothie, protein shake or mixed into your morning coffee. Do not exceed the maximum recommended intake.
