Tribulus terrestris:

Epimedium (Horny goat weed):

Diabetics and those taking Warfarin or aspirin, should start on one tablet a day and gradually increase the dose to three a day.

Possible drug interactions and precautions:
The potential side-effects of Vascamen are minimal, however the following possible interactions and precautions should be considered:
Ginkgo biloba can interfere with the seizure threshold in people with epilepsy.
Diabetics should be aware that ginkgo biloba may reduce their insulin requirements. Adjustments may be needed. Regular glucose level checks may be required initially. The benefits of improved vascular circulation for diabetics are enormous.
Ginkgo biloba has an inhibitory effect on clot forming in veins and arteries and reduces the chance of thrombi forming. Ginkgo biloba thus potentiates the effects of Warfarin, heparin and aspirin. Patients with angina or rhythm disturbances should take note that hawthorn may influence heart rhythm.
Saw palmetto in high doses may reduce sodium and potassium levels, however the low dose in Vascamen should not cause such depletion.

Diabetes
I have diabetes and i have used it over a month. My morning glory returned and my libido is 100% back to normal. My confidence is also on a all time high.

Circulation improving
in 2003 i had a Spinal Surgery and was confined to a wheelchair. blood circulation to the lower body parts has been minimal since. i started using Vascamen in June, am still on my first batch, although it is not miraculous the improvement is huge. am getting blood to my legs and my sexual performance is gradually improving. i must say i am very satisfied and patient enough to see how my overall will be like with continuous use

Thanks to Vascamen i am a new man. I am energized not feeling depressed anymore my cholesterol has also lowered and i have never felt better.
