A : Yes, you can collect your medication at any Clicks Pharmacy.
Q : I was scheduled to receive my vaccination at a Clicks Clinic that is now closed. What should I do?
A : Please contact the COVID-19 Public Hotline on 0800 029 999 or the WhatsApp Support Line on 0600 123 456 to change your appointment. Alternatively, you can visit any of our vaccination sites that are currently open and operational as a walk-in customer.
Q : I had a clinic appointment and the clinic is now closed due to the flooding. What do I do now?
A : We encourage you to make a new appointment at your nearest operational Clicks Clinic. Click here to book online.
Q : My click & collect order was on its way to a store that is closed. Will I still receive my order?
A : Yes, you will receive your order. Please email our customer service team at [email protected] to arrange delivery of your order to your preferred address. If you would like to be refunded instead, one of our customer service agents will guide you through the process.
Q : My click & collect order is due for collection at one of your closed stores. What’s going to happen to it?
A : Should you not urgently require any items in the order, we advise waiting until the store is open and operational. If your order has been damaged, we will ensure your order is re-processed for collection or delivery.
