How to spend a mobile voucher

Once you are ready to make a purchase in store, advise the cashier that you want to make a mobile voucher payment and supply them with the mobile voucher number

Can mobile vouchers be used in combination with other payment methods ?

Mobile vouchers can be used as a payment method on its own or in combination with any other payment method accepted by Clicks stores .

Can I use a portion of the mobile voucher I received, or must I redeem the full value of the mobile voucher in one purchase? 

Yes, you may redeem only a portion of the mobile voucher . The balance on your mobile voucher will be transferred  to you in the form of a new mobile voucher number issued to you. You will receive the new mobile voucher number, via SMS after you have concluded your transaction.

What if the value of the goods purchased  is more than the value of my mobile voucher?

Multi-tender payments are accepted in Clicks stores . Advise the cashier that you want to split the payment using your mobile voucher and any other payment method accepted by Clicks stores.

What if I need to return an item, paid for, with my mobile voucher?

Goods may be returned in accordance with Clicks’ standard returns policy.

Help – I did not receive an SMS with my mobile voucher number.

Log into your wallet via www.celbux.xxx.com to view your mobile vouchers or contact the Clicks Customer Service Centre to resend the mobile voucher number to you.
