The dosage makes zero sense
I've used them for about 2 months and I had to buy 3 bottles to see results or test them out. My hair grew, the nails? Not so much and my skin? Glowing and pimple free. Can you guys up the tablets no. ? Like 60 tablets is realistic not 30 because in a month I'm making two purchases. It's like people need 6 bottles to see results for the 3 months period. I love the Mg amount hence I bought them but please, 60 tablets.

Total waste of money! I bought this expecting my skin would change a bit with it's condition, my nails and hair as well. However do not see any results after finishing a bottle! Very dissapointed
