How to use
Usage instructions:
Directions for use:
1. Wrap the brace around waist to ascertain sizing.
2. To adjust to a smaller fit: shorten elastic and pull straps.
3. To adjust to a larger fit: attach loose Velcro panel to the front of the brace and secure.
4. Make sure the brace covers the lower back and abdominal area comfortably.

Luke warm (40 degrees C) soapy water, rinse well. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Back brace
I agree with anonymous. It is similar to a burning fat waist band. Very disappointing.

The boning is already coming out, not even worn 5 times.

Back support
This belt is not too bad. My only gripe is that the velcro doesn't stick after a while. I used it for 2 months and had to get something else because of the velcro.

Good Product
Provides moderate support. I thought it was going to be small but fit amazingly well.

Good for price
Because I read the negative reviews I went and brought a far more expensive version but was not happy with it. I have now tried this one and can't believe its way better than the expensive one it offers far more support and is adjustable in both the size and support. I'm a 32 waist and can get a tight snug fit. It won't cure chronic back pain but adds some comfort and at a price that is really not bad.

Don't buy.
Not adjustable to a smaller size as claimed. It must be very cheap and strong.

Useless
Doesn't look like the product on the outside package. Only extends for bigger size, not for smaller sizes like 30 or 32, I'd say it starts from 36, my size, not lesser size like my fiancée who I had bought it for. I'm full of insults for this product. I want my money back.
