1. Ensure that the shoe is clean and dry before application.
2. Remove backing sheet from strips.
3. Place in shoe at the back of the heel.
4. Secure in place by pressing firmly.
Care instructions:
Do not submerge the product in water as the adhesive will become dry. Clean with a damp cloth.

How to fit Gel heel grips
As a first time buyer I found that there are No clear illustration on how to fit these heel grips. Hence have no idea of how the product should feel when fitted. The current picture in the packaging does not suffice.
