How to use
Usage instructions:
How do I use it? Protection or your sealed for your protection sealed for protected do not wash or wet your hair brush hair thoroughly. 1. Remove all items from the box. 2. Before putting the tint cap on, style your hair as you normally do. This will give you an idea of where the highlights should be. 3. Carefully put the tint cap on. When it is firmly in place, tie the drawstrings. The elastic should be at the nape of your neck. 4. With a crochet hook, draw strands of hair through the holes in the tint cap, only where you'd like highlights. Be sure that each strand is free of loops or knots at the root area. Keep them about the thickness of a matchstick. Comb the strands to ensure a smooth, even finish. 5. Put on the gloves provided with the kit. 6. Pour all the Crème Peroxide 30 volume into the jar containing the bleach powder and blend into a paste. 7. Do not close the container or seal the mixture at all. 8. Immediately apply the mixture to the hair with the tint brush, ensuring that all the hair is evenly coated. If your hair is long, twist each strand and place on top of your head after application. 9. For best results, apply indoors and ensure the mixture stays at an even temperature and is not cooled in any way.
Warnings:
Do not apply to damaged or chemically processed hair. Do not apply to a cut or irritated scalp. Avoid contact with eyes. Should this occur, flush with cool, clean water immediately and seek medical attention if irritation persists. Do not apply to eyebrows or eyelashes. Seek medical attention immediately should the bleach powder or crème peroxide be swallowed. Apply in an aerated environment. Do not exceed the given tinting guideline times

Great results
This product is highly effective. I watched my virgin hair wig go from pitch black to light brown in less than 10 minutes I was still adding highlights on the other part of the hair while the initial highlights were already so light .. you need to keep a close eye on the hair to avoid over bleaching. Very happy with my results after using purple shampoo

I wish I hadn't read the negative review posted here because it made me very scared to leave the product on for the required time and so I ended up having to do damage control. In hind sight, if I had just trusted my gut there wouldn't have been a reason for any damage control. Just read the box and do what it tells you. You'll be fine

Only bleach that worked for me
Thought I'd post my review for those that have never used this before, I've been using this for years and it's the only one that works for me. I've tried expensive bleach always left patches and didn't do l much but this if applied properly it's good plus affordable which is a plus. I approve!

Definitely the best bleach I've ever used.
Doesn't even burn
I have African hair and a really sensitive scalp but this bleach right here wasn't even painful. I highly recommend it

Great Product and salon quality results
Just used this today and my first time doing highlights at home. Was so easy to use, not messy at all. For shorter length hair, mix half the product together so there's no wastage. I left it on for about 50 mins as my hair is dark brown. Check how it develops. Use a silver shampoo to remove the brassy tones and a good conditioner. Hair feels fine and not dry. Great product and easy on the pocket!

DO NOT FOLLOW THE ON BOX INSTRUCTIONS they instruct you to put it on for too long. Please do not put this on your hair for longer than 20 minutes if you have medium-thin hair.
I previously wrote an in depth review that was genuine client feedback. But Click's staff did not want to post it.
I can guarantee I genuinely used this product & followed the instructions. My hair fell out.
Bad instructions on a harsh product. My hair fell out. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

DO NOT Follow the on box instructions
So I this product did work, in the sense my hair went blonde.
But please please for the sake of your hair if you have medium-thin hair DO NOT under any circumstances follow the exact as directed on the box instructions. The directions for HOW LONG you should leave the bleach on are very similar to general bleaching instructions you might get if you we're to search "how to bleach hair" on Google, HOWEVER this bleach is actually a 40 or 50 volume (I don't know if Clicks has maybe increased the volume since writing the description on the box & the online description? It would explain a lot) and when you look up instructions for that higher volume of bleach you will find that instructions tend to be 20-30 minutes (almost half the instructed time on the box). I unfortunately only looked this up after bleaching my hair.
I wanted to follow the box instructions EXACTLY and as I argued with my boyfriend when the bleach started dripping & my hair started to smell funky/burnt "Clicks knows what they're doing! Look it's in the instructions! See!"
I also did check on my hair every 10 minutes but to be honest I did not know the warning signs that I was supposed to be looking for (to indicate that the bleach was on too long) & thought that what I was experiencing was probably normal (as I was following the instructions, so I thought it must be).
So my hair fell out in clumps and now I have a lovely bob. I think thicker haired people will probably fair better than I did.
Also to any Clicks employees (hi) reading this I 100% did see the very small written disclaimer on the other side of the box (only AFTER bleaching my hair) that was along the lines of "you shouldn't necessarily follow these instructions" so I'd say legally your bums are covered but I do think it's a "bad faith" move to have instructions on the box that can result in some hair types actually losing their hair. I have indeed lost faith in Clicks brand products.
I would argue that an okay product with bad instructions on it = not a good product
Please BE CAREFUL if you decide to buy this kit. And I would actually recommend if you have medium-thin hair getting the Kair bleaching kit (Also sold by Clicks) as that just frizzed my hair a bit, but it was still on my head after using it.
