Usage instructions:
Brush thoroughly with a Colgate toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.

The best for gum sensitivity
used to have gum inflamation to the point that my gum had to be cut. Gums used 2 bleed and be very sensitive. I dnt hv that now

Say goodbye to film plaque and HELLO to HEALTY GUMS!
Ever since my dentist recommended we try out the 12 Pro Gum Health Toothpaste from Colgate I haven't used another toothpaste. My teeth stays cleaner for longer and my gums have become so healthy! I highly recommend this toothpaste to anyone with sensitive/bleeding gums or if you notice film plaque hairy feeling when you run your tongue over your teeth after brushing your teeth. It's a bit more pricey but it's definitely worth it and I always try to get the 3 for 2 special at Clicks to save some cash!

This is the best gum health Toothpaste. Been using it since the product was in store. My two daughters use it for sensitive teeth, it prevents pain and sensitivity when drinking cold and hot beverages.It maintains sensitivity,cleans,freshens breathe and helps your gums and teeth from further decay by just using a tiny bit when brushes teeth and gums... One tube can last up to 2 months when used properly!Great product Awesome results and really works... Thanks Clicks for the Awesome prize!
