How to use
Usage instructions:
Open the pouch to activate the warming patch. Remove protective film. Apply the patch directly over the area of discomfort, adhesive side towards the clothing. For best contact, apply to a dry, flat area that is free of moisture. To remove - slowly peel off the patch. The patch will not re-stick well once removed. After use, dispose of in normal household waste.
Storage instructions:
Store in a dry place.

To reduce the risk of burns or blisters, attach the adhesive side of the patch onto your clothing over the area of discomfort. As with any heat product, this patch has the potential to cause skin irritation or burns, particularly to the sensitive skin of the elderly. Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period on the same area. The effects of heat patches vary depending on an individual's level of skin sensitivity and heat tolerance. Check the edges of the patch regularly for any signs of irritation. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs, or if patch gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets. For external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center. If contents come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not apply patch directly to the skin. Apply patch to clothing. Product is air-activated. Do not open until ready to use. Do not use while sleeping, if you are diabetic, or have rheumatoid arthritis. on face or mucous membranes. on wounds or broken skin. on areas of bruising or swelling. on an area of the body where heat cannot be felt. on infants or children. with topical medications. with electric heating devices or other heat sources. with sustained pressure against patch, such as tight clothing. or if allergic to adhesives. Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition, or are pregnant. Supervision is required when being used by persons unable to apply or remove the product on their own, especially when being used by elderly, handicapped, or disabled persons. When using this product do not use if product is punctured or torn do not cut, massage, or fold the patch do not bandage do not microwave or attempt to reheat product

Amazing!!!
I don't know why these patches have such bad reviews online, I bought it anyways, from Clicks and tried it out today, wow! my sore back got a lot of relief. It's so soothing, the aches were gone. I'm definitely buying again.

This patch was not hot at all I putted it on my lower leg and it never worked at all

Love it
Never used it before, so gave it a try as it was 3 of 2. It is an awesome product. It is like having a little hot water bottle on your for hours on my lower back.

It works
I got these as I had sever shoulder blade spasms. It worked wonders, the only downfall is it doesnt stick for too long, I had to keep fixing it...but the product is very good

i love this patch so much but you have to be careful during the first 30 minutes because it can come off if you're not careful. I love the continuous heat it gives you and it is not too much, just enough especially for lower back pain.

Heat Patch - my first time using it for menstrual pains and it only eazed 50% of the pain. I still have to rely on pain medication.

Bought the deep heat pain relief from click today as they did not have Dr Lee in stock and it was absolutely useless, I did not feel one but of heat. Was definitely a waste of my money. I will definitely not be buying it again
