Usage instructions:
Open the pouch to active warming patch. Remove protective film. Apply patch directly over the area of discomfort, adhesive side towards the clothing. For best contact, apply to dry, flat area that is free of moisture. To remove - slowly peel off the patch. Patch will not re-stick well once removed. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Apply patch to clothing. Do not apply patch directly to the skin.

Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25°C in a dry place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat.

Warnings:
For single use only. To reduce the risk of burns or blisters, attach the adhesive side of the patch onto your clothing over the area of discomfort. As with any heat product, this patch has the potential to cause skin irritation or burns, particularly to the sensitive skin of the elderly. Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period on the same area. The effects of heat patches vary depending on an individual's level of skin sensitivity and heat tolerance, check the edges of the patch regularly for any signs of irritation. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs, or if patch gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets. For external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre. If contacts come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use if you are diabetic or have rheumatoid arthritis. Do not use on face or mucous membranes, on wounds or broken skin, on areas of bruising or swelling, on area of the body where heat cannot be felt. Do not use on infants or children. Do not use with topical medications. Do not use with electric heating devices or other heat sources. Do not use with sustained pressure against patch, such as tight clothing. Do not use if allergic to adhesives. Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition or are pregnant. Supervision is required when being used by persons unable to apply/remove the product on their own, especially when being used by elderly, handicapped or disabled persons. Do not use if product is punctured or torn. Do not cut, massage or fold the patch. Do not bandage. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat the product
