Usage instructions:
Adults and children over 12 years: one tablet daily dissolved in half to a full glass of cold water.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Store in the original container and keep lid of polypropylene container tightly closed when not in use.

I was recommended efferfluC when I had Shingles. It helped with extra energy. After taking the last of 20 Tabs I wlll but another 20 tabs. Really excellent!
