Lightweight but hydrating as well
This toner is lightweight and hydrating. It is basic in a good way, it hydrates the skin, sensitive skin friendly and isn’t sticky after applying layers. Best applied with your hands!

Best toner!
I'm surprised this product does not have any reviews because it is the best toner in any drugstore right now. Most toners are alcohol based with lots of fragrance and act as astringents which can be very harsh and irritating for the skin. This one is hydrating and soothing. I use it to add extra hydration to my skin usually using just my hands and not a cotton pad and love how it feels.
