Run don't, walk... but take it easy since you're probably tired
Started using these about two weeks ago because I had been experiencing EXTREME fatigue throughout the day and I had trouble with my cognitive function, felt like I constantly had brain fog. This product has helped immensely and I'm able to complete my assignments more efficiently as I can actually kinda use my brain again. 100/10 recommended. The only side effect is if I get more famished now

Negative side effects
I started taking them today and I'm experiencing all the negative side effects. Nausea, vomiting coffee-like substance, and no appetite. I'll wait to see how my body adjusts to the pills.

I've started using Folic Forte after being diagnosed with iron deficiency Anemia and in 3 weeks of using I've started feeling better, gained my strength my memory was back to normal. I didn't suffer constipation my toilet is ok
