Usage instructions:
As a preventative: Take 2 tablets daily. Onset: Burning/tingling sensation: Take 2 tablets immediately. Thereafter take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets at night until sores have healed. For best results use in conjunction with Fithealth L-Lysine Lip Cream.

The best
Love this .No more sever breakouts ever since i started taking this and when I do feel like a breakout is coming,,i take extra dosage as instructed and I'm fine by tomorrow morning.Holy grail!!!

AMAZING
This works so very well for cold sores. if i even feel one coming I start this twice a day and my cold sore shrinks in 2 days. its insane!

Amazing Product
As a sufferer of fever blisters and cold sores from exposure to heat or extreme cold, I know all about the burning, itching, uncomfortable feeling when a cluster of blisters begins erupting. I have tried all sorts of cold sore creams, but L-Lysine tablets, coupled with the Lysine cream work tremendously well. Whilst the tablets kill the food source of the virus from the inside, the lip cream staves off the attack from the outside. No better combination. Try it and you will be amazed!

Questionable advertisement
USFDA does not agree that there is any evidence that supports that Lysine intake helps to prevent cold sores. Lysine is, however, an essential amino acid and yes leads to weight gain because your body becomes more efficient at converting food to mass.
