Adults 18 years and older: Day Tablets: Take one beige tablet up to 3 times a day. Night Tablets: Take one or two blue tablets 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 30 °C. Store blisters in outer carton to protect from sunlight and moisture.
