How to use
Usage instructions:
For adults, children and babies over 3 months: for effective relief, snip off the tip on one or two capsules. Squeeze contents into 500 ml of hot water and inhale the vapour. Alternatively, apply contents directly onto a tissue, pillow or into a humidifier. A new capsule may be used every four hours. See enclosed directions for young children and babies older than 3 months.

Store below 25 °c in a cool, dry place.

I wish it came in large amounts
I swear by this! It’s wonderful for both kids and adults. Takes about 5 minutes to work on you depending on how big your room is but I choose this over vicks.

Makes breathing easy
My son suffers from sinuses and this really helps him breathe easily. He has been using it from baby and we love the smell of it.

The perfect sleep
Perfect for the little ones who suffer with blocked noses and heavy chests.. A few drops in the corners of my sons pillow case had him sleeping peacefully without struggling to breathe!
