Each 1 ml contains: sodium phosphate heptahydrate 60 mg, sodium acid phosphate monohydrate 160 mg. Preservatives: methyl hydroxybenzoate 0.048% m/v; sodium benzoate 0.1% m/v. This product contains 217.3 millimoles of sodium per 135 ml dose.

How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use: adults: 135 ml or as directed by physician.
Administration: lubricate tip of tube with suitable lubricant. Lie on left side with knees bent, or in knee-chest position. Insert tube. Squeeze bottle gently until desired quantity has been given. Maintain position until urge to evacuate is strong - usually within two to five minutes. For rectal use only.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C.
Warnings:
See package insert. Frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Use only when needed. Do not use when nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain is present.
Keep out of reach of children.

Great product...worked within 2 minutes for me. I have IBS so constipation and fecal load gets really bad for me. Will definitely recommend this product.

Lenolax works pretty well
I had to administer Lenolax enema prior to procedure tomorrow. I have used suppositories, before, but an enema yourself! The secret is to find a position that you are comfortable in, and have proper control over the bottle. My stomach had been playing up over the past days in any event. After the application, and 5 minutes later I had a good bowel movement. My stomach has also stabilized.
