Very effective, works wonders, cleans everything in the stomach, gentle, no cramping at all, I have a stubborn stomach so I take the whole bottle, drink warm water after and room temperature water, avoid eating immediately after taking it. Highly recommend 👌

How to use
It works wonders. All I do is drink the whole bottle & adult dosage, and because I have a stubborn stomach followed by tons of water. If u've eaten it before taking it, it works faster compared to taking it on an empty stomach. While you've drank it, just drink lots of water and try avoid eating food that contains milk.
