How to use
Usage instructions:
1. Wash your hands and pour 150ml of pre-boiled lukewarm water into the baby's bowl. 2. Add 5 level tablespoons of cereal into the bowl. 3. Stir until smooth. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep the unfinished portion. To be prepared with previously boiled, cooled water. No further cooking is required.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Once opened, seal bag and store in a tightly closed container. Use within 4 weeks of opening.
Warnings:
This product is not intended for infants under 6 months of age and early introduction is not recommended. Breastmilk should continue for as long as possible after the introduction of weaning foods. Do not add salt or sugar

Cerelac Regular
Cerelac first brought its product out 32 years ago. I know because my son was its first baby to try it. I got a large test package at our clinic. He still eats it for breakfast. Actually he eats it anytime. Sometimes for dinner as well. I have now started feeding it to my dad, as my dad has dementia and one day he found my son's Cerelac whilst searching for something to eat and liked it so much -he now wants it daily.

My baby cannot get enough of her breakfast she really enjoys the cerelac cereal Ive tried the purity too but cerelac is the best.
