How to use
Usage instructions:
Mix 2 rounded scoops (approx. 32g) with 200-250 ml of water or almond milk in a NUTRITECH shaker or add to a smoothie. For best results, drink your shake within 30 minutes of completing your workout. Have 1-3 servings a day, as required to satisfy your dietary protein needs.
