When we asked biscuit lovers to give us ideas for a new flavour, we were overwhelmed by the number of replies and mouth-watering ideas. After months of trials, tweaking of recipes and sampling to thousands of willing fanatics, we finally arrived! The winner is a flavour sensation - a real butter biscuit with chunks of salted caramel and crispy honey nougat. Of course, we still use only the finest ingredients. Life is too short to eat ordinary biscuits. 150g - 15 Biscuits. 20 Years making the recipe. The first ever nougat biscuit was invented by our mum in our family kitchen in 1999. Today, Wedgewood Angels nougat biscuits remain one of our family bakery's unique signature recipes. We still make our mum's biscuits on our farm with the same love and care, using only- the best ingredients the way our Mum taught us.
