For years the quality was well worth the price but the last 18 pack we bought is just not the same eg the blocks do not "tear"on the perforations.
Very frustrating to say the least.

Not the quality that it used to be
I used to like and enjoy the quality of this toilet paper. Lately I have not been happy. In many instances I get rolls that are not cut, some have got holes in them, some are not rolled nicely i.e one piece folded into two halves. As a person who likes to buy in bulk, its disappointing to be stuck with such toilet paper for a long time. Its very disappointing.
