Dosage & directions for use:
Dosage per capsule:
Magnesium oxide - 200mg (equivalent to 120mg elemental magnesium).
Aloe ferox powder - 150mg.
Dry rubarb extract - 20mg.
Sennoside A & B - 25mg.
Turmeric - 80mg.
Citrus bioflavonoids 13% - 20mg.
Apple pectin - 30mg.
Dosage and directions:
Take Progast oxy-colon cleanse capsules at least 2 hours away from food or supplements with 300 ml water. Take Progast oxy-colon cleanse capsules at night before going to bed.
Take 1-2 capsules (should produce 3-5 bowel movements). Repeat for seven (7) days during a colon cleanse. Maintenance: take 1 capsules 2-3 times a week or as desired.
Swallow with a glass of water.
Do not take with warm liquid.
Not recommended for children.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees C, out of direct sunlight.

Works amazing !
I've experienced chronic constipation almost my whole life, and I still do whenever I'm in a very bad flare-up and my daily medication isn't working, I use these tablets and it works like a bomb! I recommend this product.

VERY GOOD TABLET
I suffer of constipation chronically and i must use movicol daily.. however there are some days i feel that my colon is not fully cleared i use these tablets and it works so nice no pain no cramps unlike laxitives. this is the best product!
