Returned mine
Used it 3tmes and returned it. Heavy to use, overheat...so takes longer than a brush and hair dryer to do the job.

Love to frustration
This brush is amazing. Hair done in less than half the time I would normally take at home. Leaves me with. Salon finish. But after a few months the brush overheats, I must then wait a few minutes for it to cook down before I can continue and this happens repeatedly.
Took brush back to store., they swopped it out new brush did exactly the same after a while. This brush is amazing in every way it's just the overheating which is very frustrating and results in a longer blow wave situation.

Lasted four months 😭
Very disappointed in this safeway hot air brush, I literally have it for four months and it's not working anymore. It went off the last time I did my hair in November and I thought it was because it was too hot as I've seen the girlies on tiktok say it does this I also didn't bother checking it again as I was done with my hair by the time it just went off, on Friday I wanted to do my hair and it sounded weird and got super hot very quickly I switched it off when I tried switching it on again it wouldn't go on.

Overheat quickly
Love this brush, But after the 3rd use it overheats and switch off. i have to wait long for it to cool down to work again.

Safeway Air-dry Brush
Brush works wonderfully especially if you are unable to use a hairdryer. However, it is not worth the trouble as it has a "heat timer" and switches off for atleast 10 minutes each time. Thus dragging the process of doing your hair and not saving you any time. This is really disappointing 😕

Time Consuming
I love this brush but I've ended up returning my first one due to the overheating issue. I don't end up doing one piece of hair at a time and waiting 5min or more for it to cool down to do another piece. Contemplating on buying the Revlon one instead.

So I usually don't leave reviews but this product is amazing! If you're unsure about purchasing, this is your sign to get it! I have thick, curly hair and I managed to do my hair in 15 mins, and it left my hair so shiny. I'm in awe.
Be sure to use a volumizing mousse on your roots and heat defense spray to protect your hair, blow dry hair until 80% dry and use on the highest setting for best results.

Unit stopped working

Please note this unit has stopped working after 3 uses. Bought on Christmas. might be a faulty unit. these things happened. But so far it was working so well.

Love this dryer. It's so easy to do my hair now and it doesn't make your whole face and room hot while you're busy because it concentrates the hot air only on the hair you're busy with. Very impressed with it.

I love it but after the second try it stopped working for a while when it gets too hot. It's the best product but not really for thick hair the brush will get too hot then it will stop working for a while then you have to wait for it to cool down.

Switches off when overheated
This product has great potential. It dried my hair really quickly, however, I could only do one section at a time and then I had to wait a few minutes as it switched off when it overheated. The barrel is large, so won't work on short hair. This also doesn't get to the roots, but I flat iron my hair afterward anyway.
For the price point, it is a great product.

Good results but bad product quality
My friend and I purchased this product. It worked well for a few months until it started switching off whilst being used every 10-20 seconds. A year later, both had stopped working completely.

Dissatisfied
This brush over heats. When i do a small section of hair after it does not switch on you have to wait a few minutes for it to cool down before you can continue. Which makes blowing ones hair a lobg process

Used it twice, every time you switch it off to get a new strand of hair to dry, it takes about 5min to switch back on, the lights go on but that’s it. Genuinely it’s rubbish. So disappointed ☹️

Good dupe for Revlon One Step Volumizer Brush
Love this hairdryer brush! I didn't like it at first but once you use it a few times you'll get the hang of it. It works well on curly hair as it straightens and smoothes at the same time. Minimal frizz. I suggest watching a YouTube tutorial on how to use it search for the Revlon one step hairdryer brush, it similar to this one. It definitely takes me less time to do my hair than a normal hairdryer would. Unfortunately mine broke after 1.5 years of use.

Best purchase!
I have thick curly hair and this airbrush is everythinggggg! Whilst normal hairdryers leave my hair very frizzy and dry, this one leaves my hair smooth and shiny. I can actually get away with just airdrying and not ironing. So glad I purchased it!

Disappointed
I've collected my Safe way brush today25/01/2022 I used it for the first time the same day. I was half way trough my hair when it just died. I try to cool it down and switch it back on but nothing. Definitely sending this back.

I love it, it gives my hair volume and allows me to do it in half the time. I love the fact that you no longer need a hair dryer and a brush this tool is great. One downside is that when it's too hot it needs to cool down before it can be switched on again.

it is very efficient. I take about an hour with a regular dryer, this cuts my time to 30 mins. I have curly hair and for this price I would say its a really good brand. I give it 4 stars because it could have come with different brush sizes my hair is not very long.

It broke
It broke on the first use and I had just bought it that same day. Returned it and got my money back but still very disappointing. However, it worked very well before it broke, left my 4b hair feeling very soft!

Impressive air brush!
I was pleasantly surprised by this air brush! It is very powerful. I have long, thick hair and I am very happy with the results that I got from using this air brush. It can get quite hot on the highest heat setting and I find that it still straightens my hair even when using the lower heat setting. I am very impressed!

I am soooooo impressed with this volumising air brush. It really dried my hair in half the time. Was sceptical at first, because I got it at 40% off so I only paid R239!!!! The Revlon one goes for R1399. Keep it up Safeway! This is exceptional value and I will definitely be purchasing more of this salon series range.

Brissles are too soft and brush gets very hot. The handles are hard to hold after some time. I would not recommend for thick hair, will do for thinner hair
