Step 1: Shake bottle before use. Step 2: Each serving = 2 x tablespoons (30 ml). For best results: Drink 2 hours before or after medication. For severe cases: Drink up to 6 servings a day, with water before bedtime. To maintain: Drink 2 servings a day.
