Usage instructions:
Adults: Take 1 Capsule once or twice per day before meals, not recommended after 4pm. Take Slimz for 5 consecutive days of the week and stop using it for 2 days before continuing again. Only Effective when combined with a balanced, energy-restricted eating plan and regular exercise.

Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25°C.
