Indications:
Multivitamin and mineral supplements are generally indicated to combat micronutrient deficiencies, and should be regarded as a temporary intervention. It does not substitute a healthy balanced diet.

Dosage and directions for use:
Adults and children older than 12 years: take one capsule daily with or after breakfast.
In cases of severe nutrient deficiency, dosages can be increased by a healthcare practitioner.
Storage instructions:
Store well closed below 25 degrees C, out of direct sunlight in a cool, dark and dry place.
