How to use
Usage instructions:
For external use. Directions for use: Use only as directed. Legs: Apply to the affected area and massage in thoroughly. Back and shoulder: Apply liberally for relief of soreness and stiffness. Can be applied three or more times daily. Massage thoroughly before and after workout. Wash hands after using gel.
Storage instructions:
Storage: Store below 25 degrees C.
