How to use
Usage instructions:
Cooling Gel: Use only as directed. Legs: Apply to the affected area and massage in thoroughly. Back and Shoulder: Apply liberally for relief of soreness and stiffness. Can be applied three or more times daily. Massage thoroughly before and after workout. Wash hands after using gel. Cooling Spray: Use only as directed. To relieve stiffness and soreness of painful muscles, joints or tendons, spray onto the affected area and massage in thoroughly. Arnica Ice and Cooling Spray can be applied three or more times daily. Wash hands after use.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25°C.
