Body Spritzer: Spray all over the body, paying special attention to your pulse points (throat, wrists and inside of elbows). Lipgloss: Apply a small amount to the centre of your bottom lip, then press your lips together to blend evenly.
Warnings:

Use in a well-ventilated environment and use only as directed. For external use only. Test for skin sensitivity on the inside of the arm. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin.
