"Please note that for the wrist blood pressure monitor to provide accurate readings, it must be used correctly. Please read the instruction manual carefully and follow the instructions for use. • Position the device on the inside of the wrist at heart level during measurement. • Avoid measuring within 30 minutes after eating, drinking, smoking, or exercising. • Sit calmly for at least 5 minutes before measurement. • Always measure at the same time of day for consistency. • Wait 1 minute between consecutive measurements."
