"For best accuracy, always weigh yourself at the same time each day (ideally in the morning, after having been to the toilet, on an empty stomach and without clothing, to obtain results which can be compared. An analytical measurement is only possible barefoot and while using the hand-held unit. Otherwise, only a weight measurement will be performed, which will be assigned to a scale user. NB: Ensure that you weigh yourself on a smooth flat surface, e.g., tiles or wooden flooring. The scale cannot accurately calculate your stats if you weigh on an uneven surface, such as a carpet. A hard surface is crucial for achieving accurate measurements. Wait a few hours after any physical exertion to which your body is unaccustomed. Wait approximately 15 minutes after getting up so that the water stored in the body can disperse. Remember that only the long-term trend is important. Short-term changes in weight within a few days are normally caused by loss of fluids. This scale uses BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) to estimate body composition (e.g., body fat, muscle, water), based on user data like age, height, and gender. However, the results are approximations and not medically precise, as the scale isn't calibrated for professional medical use. Only qualified medical professionals using proper diagnostic tools can accurately determine such health values. Users should consult healthcare professionals for treatment or diet decisions, using the scale's readings as supportive information.
