How To Get The Most Out Of Your Hand-Held Massager Select your preferred massage intensity or massage programme by pressing the On/Off button. You may be sitting, standing, or lying down You can change the massage intensity by applying pressure on the massager firmly or more gently. Do not massage any particular part of the body for longer than 3-minutes; after this length of time, switch to a different body part. You can perform the massage with or without a massage attachment. To do this, select a massage attachment of your choice. NB: Please note that the massage attachments obstruct the heat treatment! As such the device should be operated without heat when a massage attachment is attached. Please note that the optional heat function on the device provides a gentle warmth. This protects your skin from too high a temperature and possible injury.
Warnings:
The massage must feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If you experience the massage to be painful or uncomfortable, stop the massage or change the position of the massager.
