To help reduce the risk of an allergic reaction, follow the instruction leaflet with stated precautions carefully. In case of reaction during the application (such as intense burning, irritation, rash, or stinging sensation on the scalp), rinse immediately with lukewarm water and shampoo thoroughly with supplied shampoo and discontinue use.
Do not use over metallic dye colours, or hair colour containing henna.
Do not use if scalp shows signs of cuts, abrasions, sores or any kind of skin disorder.
Do not use if there has been any previous allergic reaction to a similar product.
Do not use if you experience a reaction to this hair colourant. In these cases consult a doctor before dyeing your hair with any colour product.
Do not use this product to dye eyelashes, or eyebrows to do so may cause blindness. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
Not suitable for Asian & Caucasian hair.

Doesnt work
Applied this and left it on for 1hr.
It did not process on my hair. Will never buy again

quite disappointing
product doesn't work. It washes off and doesn't stick to the hair . I've tried it twice now and the colour completely washes off

Bad is not the word
I am so disappointed in this product. We followed the steps with great care. The results was - no results at all. Still grey. I wanted to surprise my housekeeper and coloured her hair. It took long only to see her disappointment.

This product doesnt work
I tried the racy wine on my light red afro hair, but it didnt work; it just washed off, leaving my hair exactly as it was when I started. I then tried the ebony black on my mothers light brown afro hair, but it didnt work at all, not even a slight tint. I followed all of the instructions.
