1 teaspoon (0.5g) of Canderel® 8 kJ = 1 teaspoon (4g) of sugar 68 kJ.
In volume terms, use 1 teaspoon of Canderel® to replace 1 teaspoon of sugar. In weight terms, divide the sugar quantity by 8, e.g. 80g of sugar = 10g of Canderel®.
Suitable for diabetics when used as part of a balanced eating plan.
