Clicks vit b.complex need also iron, vit a and d, also omega 3 in. Then it's complete. One tablet a day please

Great for stress
I would highly recommend a B complex supplement if you suffer from stress. I took these to help cope with stress at work and it did help. It is well worth a try. I prefer the powdered tablet type to the capsule type as the capsule types can stick to each other if you do not store them properly. I cut them in half and my pack lasts twice as long that way.
