Dosage and directions for use:
Adults: take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. Dosage may be increased to 2 capsules in the morning and evening. Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the stated dose.
How do I take it?
Amount: 1 capsule 2 x per day.
What is the best way to have it?
With water. Take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening. Dosage may be increased to 2 capsules in the morning and evening.
Storage instructions:
Keep in a cool dry place below 25 degrees C. After opening keep in an airtight container in a dark dry place.

Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use with prediagnosed abdominal pain, jaundice, chronic constipation, chronic diarrhoea, nausea or vomiting. Do not use with prediagnosed high blood pressure, kidney, liver, or gallbladder complaints. Not to be taken by children. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for long-term use.
Use as directed or as otherwise prescribed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
Side-effects and special precautions:
