How do I use it?
Hold about 45 cm of floss between your thumb and middle finger of each hand. Gently glide the floss up and down between each tooth, making a 'C' shape. Scrape the floss against the sides of the teeth, and above and below the gum line. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
