Instructions:
Clicks dental tape is for tight gaps and slides between teeth. It helps remove plaque and food debris from between the teeth, maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
Directions for use:
1. Pull out approximately 45 cm of floss and break it off with the cutter.
2. Wind the ends of the floss around the middle finger of each hand, leaving about 10cm of floss between them, then tighten with thumb and forefinger.
3. Gently guide the floss between the teeth with a careful, sawing motion, until it reaches the gumline.
4. Glide the floss up and down repeatedly, against one tooth surface and then the other.
5. Repeat the procedure on all teeth, taking care to use a clean section of floss each time.

My teeth does not have much space between them and I find this product the perfect fit which makes it easier to slide into the tight spaces. Also it is a phenomenal product for the price compared to brand names. It does the same function but with better results for me.
