How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use: 4-6 capsules daily. Take 2 to 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach (with a large glass of water), 30 minutes prior to your morning workout or breakfast. Take another 2 to 3 capsules 6-8 hours later, 30 minutes before a small meal.Do not use after 4.00 pm. Take Epha-Cut for 5 consecutive days of the week and stop use for 2 days before continuing again. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
