it worked wonders for me today .. my anxiety was on another whole level because of shock and i was even shaking , after taking 2 dosage an hour ago the shaking and panicking went away .. wow am still out of disbelieve

I have chronic anxiety and try to manage it with exercise and meditation. I was looking for a natural anti-anxiety tablet, and this one exceeded my expectations. Makes you a bit drowsy but not enough to make you able to work. Super calming and haven't had any side effects. I have lessened my dosage because it is been so effective.

Only started using it today...But it seem to take the anxiety away..but I feel I bit drowsy after taking it. Hope it helps with sleep..
