Filling instructions:
1. Boil the kettle, then let it cool for a few minutes or add a little cold water. The ideal water temperature is 70 degrees C.
2. Hold the bottle over the sink and away from your body. Carefully pour in water, taking care not to splash your hands or body.
3. Fill slowly to two-thirds. Do not overfill.
4. Remove air from the bottle by gently lowering it towards a lying position on to a flat surface until water can be seen at the opening.
5. Screw in the stopper until just tight.
6. Hold the bottle upside down over the sink., away from your body. Squeeze gently to check for leaks.
Wrap or cover the bottle. Do not place it in direct contact with your skin.
Do not lean on, sit on, rest your legs on or otherwise put pressure on the bottle.
Do not sleep with the bottle overnight. Remove it before getting into bed.
Never heat the bottle in the oven or microwave.
Care instructions:

Empty the bottle and allow it to dry before storing.
Hang upside down or lie flat.
Do not place anything on top of the bottle.
Hot water bottle cover:
Machine-wash at 40 degrees C.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron.
Do not tumble-dry.
Do not dry-clean.
Storage instructions:
Store with the stopper removed.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Store away from oil and grease, as these may cause the bottle to perish.
Warnings:
Never fill with boiling water. It may damage the bottle and cause it to burst.
Not recommended for children or anyone with reduced feeling or delicate skin.
Replace at least every 2 years.
Replace earlier if damaged or worn (if the bottle is cracked or splitting, the colour has changed, it feels brittle or the stopper leaks).
