Usage instructions:
The ideal temperature of the water is 70 °C. Hold the bottle over the sink and away from your body. Fill about two-thirds of the bottle by slowly pouring water into the funnel. Remove the air in the bottle by gently lowering it onto a flat surface and carefully squeezing until the water can be seen at the opening. Screw on the stopper, then hold the bottle upside down over the sink, away from your body. Squeeze lightly to check for leaks. Wrap or cover the bottle.
Storage instructions:
Empty the bottle. Hang upside down to dry. Allow it to dry fully before storing. Remove the stopper before storing. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Hang upside down or lay flat.
Warnings:
Do not overfill. Do not place the bottle in direct contact with your skin. Do not lean, sit, rest your legs on, or put pressure or weight on the bottle. Do not sleep with the bottle or place it on the bed. Do not heat the bottle in the oven or microwave oven. Do not place any items on the bottle. Keep away from moisture, oil, grease, and heat. Do not fill with boiling water, it may damage the bottle and cause it to burst. Not recommended for children or anyone with reduced feeling or sensitive skin
